5a.3 Archive and backup copies

The limitation of the archive and backup copies pursuant to Art. 24 CopA is divided into a corresponding general limitation, Art. 24 para. 1 CopA, and into a special limitation for cultural memory institutions, Art. 24 para. 1bis CopA.
